系统总结了地下工程预制装配式结构在国内外的应用和发展现状,着重介绍了地铁工程中预制装配式结构的应用;分析了预制装配式结构在地下工程应用中面临的设计计算理论不成熟、构件形式选择及划分考虑不全面、接头构造受力不明确、结构防水性能和抗震措施不完善等主要问题,并论述了目前的研究进展;最后从新型机械设备和新材料的研发,施工工艺以及组合形式等方面探讨了预制装配式结构的发展前景和方向,以期为推动地下工程产业化进程,促进地下工程一体化、绿色化施工提供一定借鉴。
Abstract:In this study,the application and development of underground engineering prefabricated construction at home and abroad were systematically summarized,especially the application in subway engineering.The major problems that prefabricated construction encountered in underground engineering were analyzed in terms of immature theory of computation,incomplete consideration on component selection and partition,indefinite load-carrying capability of joint structures as well as imperfect waterproofness and aseismic construction.Meanwhile,the current research progress was discussed.In addition,development prospect and direction of prefabricated construction were investigated from aspects of research on new-type mechanical equipment and advanced materials,construction technology and combing form,in order to provide certain references for promoting the industrialization process and integration of underground engineering as well as green construction.
