LC-MS及CE-MS技术在中药分析中的应用

摘要:

随着中国传统医药体系的现代化和国际化,现代化学和医学工作者面临越来越多的机遇和挑战。由于中药在成分和药理上的复杂性,其成分确定和代谢研究需要分离能力和结构鉴定能力兼具的分析工具。而液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS)和毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术(CE-MS)的成熟与发展成为解决这一问题的强有力的工具。综述了最近LC-MS及CE-MS技术在中药化学成分分析、中药质量控制、中药代谢研究、中药药代动力学研究以及中药制剂工艺等方面的应用进展,并分析了其存在的问题及应用前景。

Abstract:

The modernization and the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) bring both opportunities and challenges to analytical chemists.The investigation in this field calls for high-performance techniques with both high separation efficiency and the ability of structure identification,as a result of the complicacy of traditional Chinese medicine both in composition and pharmacology.Two advanced analytical tools,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) and capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry(CE-MS),are most favorable to solve this problem.This review covered the applications of LC-MS and CE-MS in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,including the analysis of the chemical constituents,quality control,drug metabolism,pharmacokinetics and compatibility of medicines.
