滤波光反馈半导体激光器的动态特性及混沌同步通信研究Study on the dynamic behaviors and chaos synchronization communication of semiconductor lasers subject to filtered optical feedback

摘要(Abstract):
理论推导了滤波光反馈半导体激光器的稳定输出条件,比较分析了常规光反馈和滤波光反馈对半导体激光器输出动态特性的影响;同时,建立了基于速率方程的滤波光反馈半导体激光器混沌同步通信系统模型,研究了滤波光反馈半导体激光器系统的混沌同步特性和通信性能。结果表明:窄带滤波反馈可以保证半导体激光器持续工作在稳态输出状态;适当滤除反馈光的高频成分,可以扩展混沌半导体激光器系统的稳定同步区域,增强混沌同步鲁棒性,提高系统的混沌同步通信性能。
