大型燃煤电厂中速磨煤机入口圆形一次风道均流技术研究Study on flow sharing technique of circular primary air duct at inlet of medium speed coal pulverizer in large coal-fired power plant

摘要(Abstract):
为提高紧凑型磨煤机入口圆形一次风道风量测量的准确性,采用数值模拟计算手段,对其冷热一次风道接口及混合段的一次风流场混流特性进行研究,并进行均流优化设计。模拟计算结果表明:均流设计方案能够很好地满足测量元件对测量截面处流场均匀性以及稳定性的要求;所开发的适用于紧凑型磨煤机入口圆形一次风道的均流改造技术,对于推动磨煤机入口圆形一次风道的风量测量准确性,具有重要意义。
