桥梁模数式伸缩缝疲劳性能试验研究Experimental study on fatigue behavior of bridge modular expansion joint

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究模数式伸缩缝的疲劳性能,开展了一种新型浅埋桥梁模数式伸缩缝的静力和疲劳试验。设计了一种桥梁模数式伸缩缝的加载装置,可模拟实际工程中伸缩缝所承受的垂直和水平荷载;分析了疲劳后伸缩缝荷载-挠度曲线和残余应变的变化规律;研究了模数式伸缩缝的疲劳裂纹类型、裂纹产生位置及疲劳破坏特性。结果表明:随着疲劳循环次数的增加,伸缩缝的刚度退化明显,伸缩缝中梁和横梁的残余应变增大;模数式伸缩缝疲劳裂纹以C型为主,中梁和横梁组件焊接部位易发生疲劳破坏。研究可为建立模数式桥梁伸缩缝的疲劳寿命评估模型提供参考。
