柔性OLED制备及性能Preparation and behavior of flexible organic light emitting diodes

摘要(Abstract):
柔性有机发光二极管(flexible organic light-emitting diodes,FOLED)是极具发展前景的显示、照明技术之一。目前,FOLED可以选用聚合物膜、金属薄片或超薄玻璃作为衬底,器件的制备工艺及器件结构因衬底的不同而存在差异。分别研究了在聚合物衬底和金属衬底上制备FOLED的工艺、结构及性能。在聚合物衬底上成功制备了2.8inch(7.112cm)的128×64单色FOLED显示屏,在驱动电压12V时屏体亮度达到120cd/m2;在金属衬底上,采用顶发光技术制备了FOLED元器件,顶发光器件与相对同发光层结构底发光器件有相近的电流效率,色坐标(x=0.69,y=0.31),色纯度优于相同发光层结构的底发光器件。
