钢结构三面围焊直角焊缝应力集中的有限元分析Finite element analysis of stress concentration at right-angle welds of three-side welded steel

摘要(Abstract):
针对钢结构设计规范八类构造细节中的三面围焊直角焊缝的应力集中问题,采用ABAQUS软件进行有限元计算,得出钢结构构件的整体应力集中分布,并探讨该类连接节点在改变角钢厚度、钢板厚度和焊脚尺寸等单因素,以及钢板厚度和角钢厚度共同作用时,应力集中系数的变化规律。结果表明:随着钢板厚度的增加,应力集中系数逐渐减小;钢板厚度增加到一定程度时,应力集中系数趋于稳定;随着角钢厚度的增加,应力集中系数逐渐增大;随着焊脚尺寸的增大,应力集中系数总体呈下降趋势;随着钢板厚度与角钢厚度比值的增加,应力集中系数逐渐减小,比值增加到一定程度后,应力集中系数趋于稳定。
